As far as we know, Keira is all natural - at least that's what she says, and it does look that way in person And if not, we'd love to get the name of that doctor!

I've looked at all this girls sets and I have to say I think those are real - they're just very firm, since she's so young. Theres no hard line around the edges and they do seem to fall naturally and match the firmness of the rest of her - what a great body!!

LSG says that all models are natural? I am having a hard time with this model.The way the breasts hold their shape in any position has me wondering.If they are fake the Dr. did an awfully good job. So what does it really matter? Natural tits are much more erotic. Even small ones are more attractive than fakes. I hope hers are real because they look really good in most shots.
